OMG the weather here in the U.K (England) is freezing..brrr brrr brr!!!!!!!!!!! I should be used to it by now considering I've lived here all my life! At the moment it's -5°C...yes it really is that cold! I went swimming this morning (in a heated pool) which was lovely! I dropped Abbie off at breakfast club (at school) at 8am and was swimming by 8.15...I did 40 lengths...had a shower, got ready then went to work.

I've been scrapping mad lately, I go through phases of loving doing pages...then phases were I find it hard to scrap. I'll open a blank canvas and stare at it for hours sometimes lol! I'd like to show you my 2 recent pages, one is of myself and Abbie on Christmas Eve and the other is of my sweetie Abbie.

Playing Around

I'm trying to play around and see which look I'm going to go for in regards to my blog. I've already made 3 blog headers lol! Tracy aka 5Angels gave me the link to a fabulous site which helps with changing templates etc. If you see my blog looking all over the place you know why, I'm experimenting! I just hope I dont delete the whole thing in the process ROFL!

OMG I feel so bad about that, in all honesty I had that much going on in 2008...finding the time to add entries to my blog was very hard for me. I've created a list of my "to do in 2009" things, updating my blog regularly is one of them! I've just created a new blog header and I will be adding my recent LO's here. This will also be a personal blog for me too where I'll be adding pictures and news etc. I'll also be promoting my designers new goodies...I still CT for the wonderful Vera Lim and have started CTing for the equally wonderful Shabby Miss Jenn. I'm working part time now (20 hours a week) ...but I'll definitely make sure to stop by here everyday...(I hope).

I need to have a little play around with the settings on this blog, I want to change the background colour and add some buttons/links. I definitely wont be leaving it a year before I post again lol!

I havent blogged in almost 3 weeks!! No excuse apart from me being lazy! I also had to leave a couple of my CT's as had taken on too much which upset me, I didnt really want to post about that so kept away from my blog, silly really but thats me.

I have some awesome news though, I am now on Vera Lim's CT team full time! This is like a dream come true for me, I adore Vera and her work, she is an amazing person and designer and I feel so lucky to be able to work with her, the great thing is I am going to be on the blog team!! So watch out for some fabulous challenges coming up which you definately wont want to miss, there will be prizes!!

Busy Month

August was such a busy "scrapping" month for me, but I've really enjoyed it, I'd like to thank Vera Lim for allowing me to be on her guest CT, I had a blast! I'm still on Amy Cheeseman's for another month...her stuff is awesome, I love making LO's with it. I have sad news though, Cori Gammon is resigning from designing, I will be so sad to see her go...I've been on her CT for a couple of months now and she's such a sweetheart, her work is fabulous...if you read this Cori good luck in whatever you decide to do and thank you. I've been on the wonderfully talented Victoria Feemster's CT for a month now and loving it! She's a really nice person and a great designer, also...I received a PM from the fantastic Tracy Rivera asking me if I'd like to be on her CT for September...I jumped at the chance!! This month isnt going to be as busy as August because I'm only on 3 CT's...hopefully I'll get some cleaning up done hehe!

This is a duo kit by the amazingly talented Victoria Feemster and the equally amazingly talented Saxon Holt, I fell in love with it the minute I saw the preview, the rich colours and eclectic elements/papers are fantastic, there's loads of attention to detail..the alpha is awesome too! This can be purchased here, here and here...I love the name of this kit...it really sums it up well "Eclectic Autumn".

Much over the past week (apart from my lil freebie) I'm glad a few people downloaded it, even if only one person downloads my freebies I'll be flattered and happy lol! I've got another freebie coming very soon, I'll try to put one a week up (dont hold me to that though hehe). I've been doing lots of scrapping lately, I'm now on 5 CT teams...how cool is that! I'm full time with Cori Gammon/Victoria Feemster and Vera Lim and part time with Amy Cheeseman and I recently joined the very talented Tracy Rivera's CT team as a guest for September!! Myself and Abbie where making a card for her Nanna as she hasnt seen her for two weeks, I suggested that we should make a frame, put Abbie's picture inside it then glue it to the card, well it turned out really well (even if I do say so myself lol) so I decided to scan it in, make a few adjustments in psp (tidying up in other words hehe) and offer it as my first freebie, o.k it's not perfect...but it is free lol! I hope someone can make use of it? Here's a preview!! P.S I forgot to add in my TOU that the font I used is a free font and is called Weltron Urban. Busy Few Days

I havent blogged for a few days with being extremely busy, it was Abbie's 6th birthday on Tuesday, we had a wonderful day together opening all her wonderful gifts and going to the pictures to see Shrek 3, then on Wednesday we spent the day playing with all of her new toys, on Thursday we went to a place called Farmer Teds and on Friday we went to my Sister's for the day....busy busy week, just how we like it! At Farmer Teds we met a huge horse called "Molly"...she's beautiful, here's a picture of her, isnt she amazing!

Well what can I say...apart from hello and thank you for stopping by! I've decided to set up this blog to A - show off my LO's, B - show you some fantastic kits/elements from some fantastic designers and C - offer you some freebies in the near future :0)

I'm very excited today, I've just become a full time CT member for the very talented Cori Gammon! I'm just trying to figure out a way of getting my new blinkie on here, it might take a while so dont hold your breathe lol!
